Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a nasal spray containing tiny particles (exosomes) from umbilical cord stem cells for people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. The spray is given twice a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and if it might help slow the decline in memory and thinking skills.
