NCT ID NCT07358936
Summary
This study aims to see which method works better to improve performance and movement in young male basketball players: a corrective exercise program or applying kinesio tape. Researchers will compare these two approaches in 45 players aged 9-16 to measure effects on balance, agility, and strength. The goal is to find practical ways to help young athletes move better and potentially reduce injury risk.
