Video games vs. custom workouts: new battle for teen spines

Summary

This study aims to see which type of exercise works better to control mild spinal curvature in teenagers with scoliosis. Researchers will compare a personalized exercise program to video-game-based workouts (exergaming). The goal is to see which approach better reduces the curve, improves breathing, and enhances quality of life for 54 teens aged 10-18.
