Summary
This study looks at how different types of exercise—like steady jogging or quick bursts of activity—affect your heart, blood pressure, and energy levels. It also tests whether doing these exercises while wearing a virtual reality headset changes those effects. The goal is to see if VR makes exercise feel easier or harder, and how it impacts your body. 45 healthy adults aged 18-35 will each try all four exercise styles in separate sessions.
