Can a vitamin pill boost your workout?
NCT ID NCT07344636
Summary
This study aims to understand if taking a specific vitamin B supplement (nicotinamide riboside) before low-intensity cycling changes how the body burns fat and carbs for energy. Researchers will test 16 healthy adults to see if the supplement timing and dose affect their exercise performance and feelings of fatigue. The goal is to gather knowledge about how this supplement might work with exercise, not to treat a disease.
