Two exercise routines face off in battle against senior falls
NCT ID NCT07204808
Summary
This study compares two different exercise programs to see which works better at reducing the risk of falls in people over 65. Forty older adults who are concerned about falling will be randomly assigned to either the Otago exercise program or high-velocity resistance training. Researchers will measure participants' balance, walking ability, and confidence to determine which approach is more effective at preventing falls.
