Morning or afternoon? study tests best time for COPD exercise

Summary

This study looks at whether exercising in the morning or afternoon helps people with COPD walk farther and feel better. Researchers will have 90 adults with COPD do a 4-week exercise program at different times of day. The goal is to see if matching exercise time to the body's natural clock improves results.
