Summary
This study looks at whether doing exercise retraining in the morning or afternoon helps people with COPD walk farther and feel better. Researchers will measure walking distance, balance, and arm strength in 90 adults. The goal is to make pulmonary rehabilitation more effective by matching exercise to the body's natural rhythms.
