First seen Jun 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether exercising in the morning or just before lunch affects how teenagers taste and smell food, and how much they eat afterward. Researchers studied 54 teens aged 12-17 with normal weight or obesity. The goal was to find the best exercise timing to help control appetite, but the study was small and focused on measuring short-term effects, not weight loss.
