NCT ID NCT06535971
Summary
This study tested a personalized program of hands-on therapy and specific exercises for adults with severe hemophilia who have painful joint damage from repeated bleeds. The goal was to see if this combination could reduce pain, improve joint movement and strength, boost heart and lung fitness, and enhance overall quality of life. Researchers worked with 10 participants to measure changes in their joint health, walking ability, and daily function.
