Summary
This study aims to see if personalized exercise plans can safely improve physical function and quality of life for people with multiple myeloma, a blood cancer that weakens bones. Researchers will work with 71 newly diagnosed patients to create and test structured exercise programs. The goal is to provide clear, safe exercise guidance that patients and their doctors can confidently use during treatment.
