Can watching exercises or doing two things at once help seniors stay sharp and steady?
NCT ID NCT07209709
Summary
This study aims to see if two special types of exercise training are better than standard exercise for helping older adults. Researchers will compare 'dual-task training' (doing physical and mental tasks together) and 'action observation therapy' (watching then imitating exercises) with regular exercise. The goal is to improve balance, walking, thinking skills, strength, and overall quality of life for 66 participants over age 65.
