This study tested two types of exercises—multi-angle isometric and dynamic—combined with kinesio taping in 52 adults aged 30-50 with cervical spondylosis. Participants did their assigned exercises and taping for 9 weeks. Researchers measured neck movement and pain-related disability to see which approach worked better.
