Summary
This study tested whether adding a structured exercise program to a stress management course improves well-being in university students. 91 students participated, with one group doing both exercise and stress management, and the other only stress management. Researchers measured changes in distress, anxiety, and quality of life over 10 weeks and at a 3-month follow-up.
