Can a 10-Week workout plan boost student mental health?
NCT ID NCT07275398
Summary
This study tested whether adding a structured exercise program to a stress management course would improve university students' well-being more than the course alone. 91 students were split into two groups: one took just the online stress course, while the other also did twice-weekly supervised workouts for 10 weeks. Researchers measured changes in stress, anxiety, motivation, and quality of life to see if the physical activity provided extra benefits.
