Summary
This study is comparing two methods to help older women stay strong and steady on their feet. Researchers will test whether a leg exercise program or a gentle electrical stimulation therapy works better to improve muscle strength, walking ability, and reduce the risk of falls. The goal is to find practical ways to help seniors maintain their independence and mobility.
