NCT ID NCT07551206
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how different patterns of quick, simple resistance exercises (like standing up from a chair) affect leg strength, balance, and thinking in older adults who are starting to become frail. About 60 people aged 70 and older will do a set of three exercises each day, but in different ways—some doing all at once, others spreading them out. The goal is to find the best way to do these 'exercise snacks' to help older adults stay strong and sharp.
