Can moms safely exercise when baby Isn't growing well? new study investigates

NCT ID NCT06039319

Summary

This study aimed to understand if a single 30-minute session of moderate exercise is safe for the baby during a pregnancy affected by fetal growth restriction. Researchers enrolled 40 pregnant women, some with growth-restricted babies and some with normally growing babies, to measure the baby's well-being before and after exercise. The goal was to gather evidence to help doctors give clearer advice about exercise in these higher-risk pregnancies.
