Summary

This study looks at whether doing gentle joint exercises and Benson relaxation techniques during hemodialysis can help patients get better dialysis, stick to their treatment, and feel better overall. About 72 adults on long-term dialysis will take part. The goal is to see if these simple activities can improve nutrition, treatment adherence, and quality of life.
