Pre-surgery workouts may boost knee healing after ACL tear

Summary

This study looks at whether doing exercise rehabilitation before surgery can improve bone density, tendon healing, and balance in people with an ACL tear. About 60 adults aged 18 to 40 who need ACL surgery will take part. Researchers will use MRI, balance tests, and walking analysis to measure results.
