New app helps fracture patients exercise safely

Summary
This study is creating a computer system to guide exercise for people with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. The system gives personalized exercise plans, tracks activity, and alerts to risks. Researchers will test if it helps patients exercise more and sit less without increasing pain or tiredness. About 60 adults aged 18-55 with a specific back condition will take part.
