NCT ID NCT07359534
Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Levagen+® can help trained cyclists recover better from a week of extra-hard training. Researchers will give the supplement to 20 healthy cyclists for 45 days and measure things like muscle soreness, fatigue, sleep quality, and performance on cycling tests. The goal is to see if this supplement is a safe and effective way to reduce the physical and mental stress of intense exercise.
