Summary
This study tested whether a supervised 9-week physical activity program could lower the risk of burnout in carers. 75 non-physician health professionals with low or moderate activity levels took part. Burnout was measured using a questionnaire at the end of the program. The goal was to see if exercise can help prevent burnout before it starts.
