Summary
This study tested whether a year-long exercise program could help prevent falls in older women. Thirty-two healthy women over 65 participated in structured sessions combining aerobic, strength, balance, flexibility, and stability exercises. Results showed the program improved their balance and functional independence, suggesting it could be an effective strategy for fall prevention.
