Summary

This study tests whether a personalized exercise program given before, during, and after Whipple surgery (a major operation for pancreatic cancer) helps patients recover faster and start chemotherapy sooner. Adults scheduled for Whipple surgery will receive an exercise plan tailored to their fitness level, including aerobic and strength training. The main goal is to see if such a program is practical and acceptable for patients, which could lead to a larger trial.
