NCT ID NCT06338917
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured 28-week exercise program can help people with severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia or major depression. The program starts with group high-intensity workouts and transitions to individual lifestyle activities. Researchers will compare 100 participants in the exercise program to a group receiving usual care to see if it improves daily functioning, reduces symptoms, and boosts quality of life.
