Home exercises aim to speed recovery after common Women's surgery
NCT ID NCT07265973
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple home exercise program can help women recover better after surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. About 92 women having specific vaginal prolapse surgeries will be randomly assigned to either do the 6-week exercise program or receive standard care. Researchers will compare how well both groups can perform daily activities after surgery to see if the exercises improve physical function.
