Can a new online identity help retirees get moving?

Summary
This study is testing different online programs to see which one best helps newly retired adults become more physically active. Researchers will enroll 159 adults aged 60-70 in Victoria, BC, who are not currently meeting exercise guidelines. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three online programs for 12 months, focusing on building exercise habits, self-regulation skills, or general education.
