NCT ID NCT04765020
First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week moderate-to-high intensity exercise program can improve cardiorespiratory fitness in children and teens who have finished acute cancer treatment. About 56 participants aged 7 to 23 will be randomly assigned to the exercise program or usual care. The main goal is to see if the program increases oxygen uptake during exercise, which is a key measure of heart and lung fitness.
