Can a 6-Month coaching plan get At-Risk hearts moving?
NCT ID NCT07440056
Summary
This study is testing a new 6-month support program designed to help people with moderate heart disease risk factors become more physically active. Researchers will enroll 192 adults from local government clinics and compare the new coaching program, which includes education and goal-setting, to the usual medical care. The main goal is to see if the program successfully increases exercise levels and improves related health measures like blood pressure and weight.
