Cancer survivors get extra support to stay active

Summary
This study is testing a follow-up program to help cancer survivors maintain their exercise habits after completing a community-based exercise program. Researchers want to see if offering extra support sessions helps people stick with their workouts long-term. The study will enroll 105 cancer survivors who have finished their main cancer treatments within the last five years.
