Summary
This study looks at whether giving children with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (a heart muscle condition) a custom exercise plan is safe and helpful. Ten children aged 10 to 18 will receive a personalized exercise prescription and be monitored for 6 months. The goal is to see if the program improves their fitness, quality of life, and is something they can stick with.
