Pleasure-Powered workouts may boost heart recovery

Summary
This study tests whether tailoring exercise to feel more pleasurable helps heart attack survivors stay active during cardiac rehab. About 52 adults who had a heart attack in the past year will either follow a standard rehab program or one that adjusts exercise intensity to maximize enjoyment. Researchers will measure physical activity levels and how participants feel during and after exercise.
