Summary
This study aims to understand if men and women experience different levels of pain relief after exercise. Researchers will measure pain sensitivity in 30 healthy adults before and after a 30-minute cycling session. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help tailor future exercise recommendations based on a person's sex.
