NCT ID NCT07624409

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a guided exercise and nutrition program can improve the health of workers who live and work at high altitudes (about 9,700 feet). Researchers will measure things like fitness, blood sugar, body composition, and gut health. 22 workers from the ALMA Observatory in Chile will take part. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can help people stay healthier in low-oxygen conditions.
