Summary

This study tested whether a 36-week program of combined exercise, nutrition advice, and health education could improve health in older women. It involved 63 women aged 60 and over, some with high blood pressure and some without. Researchers measured changes in body composition, blood markers, blood pressure, and physical strength at several points during the program.
