NCT ID NCT07182292

First seen Nov 01, 2025

Summary

This study looks at whether adding an anti-inflammatory nutritional supplement to a home exercise program can improve physical performance and reduce inflammation in frail, malnourished adults aged 75 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or a standard one, alongside the same exercise program, for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in strength, mobility, body composition, and long-term health outcomes like hospital visits.
