NCT ID NCT07182292
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week program of guided exercise plus a daily anti-inflammatory nutritional drink can improve physical strength and reduce inflammation in frail, malnourished adults aged 75 and older. About 158 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the anti-inflammatory supplement or a standard supplement, both combined with the same exercise routine. The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better mobility, muscle mass, and long-term health outcomes.
