First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding music to regular exercise can help people in rehab for drug addiction. 92 adults in a compulsory rehab center in China were split into four groups: no exercise, exercise only, exercise with fast music, or exercise with slow music. Over six months, researchers measured their drug cravings, depression, and self-confidence using questionnaires. The goal was to see if these activities could ease symptoms and support recovery.
