Can a video about mood make you want to work out?
NCT ID NCT06706180
Summary
This study tested if a short video focusing on exercise for improving mood could motivate people to exercise more than a video focusing on exercise for fitness. Researchers worked with 48 stressed college students, showing them one of the two videos and then checking their motivation and exercise habits about two weeks later. The goal was to find a better way to help people stick with regular exercise.
