Can a simple quiz unlock the secret to getting teens to stick with scoliosis exercises?
NCT ID NCT07359781
Summary
This study aims to test whether a specific questionnaire is a good tool for understanding why teens with scoliosis do or don't stick with their prescribed exercises. Researchers will ask about 95 teens, aged 10-19, who are already in an exercise program to fill out the questionnaire online. The goal is to see if the questionnaire works well for this group, which could later help therapists tailor support to keep teens motivated.
