Can a Feel-Good video get you moving?

NCT ID NCT06706180

Summary

This study tested whether a short video focusing on exercise for mood improvement could motivate people to exercise more than a video focusing on fitness benefits. Researchers enrolled 48 stressed college students and randomly assigned them to watch one of the two videos. They then measured participants' motivation and actual exercise habits over the following weeks.
