First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a 16-week exercise program to standard physical activity advice helps inactive adults aged 40-60 become more active and motivated. About 80 participants will either get the extra exercise sessions or just the standard advice. Researchers will track activity levels and interview participants to understand what helps or hinders getting moving.
