Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program combining specific foot and ankle exercises with mindful walking can help people with diabetic nerve damage. It aims to see if this combination can reduce pain, improve foot and ankle function, and enhance quality of life. The researchers are recruiting 38 adults aged 40-75 who have pain and disability from diabetic polyneuropathy.
