Summary
This study aims to find the best physical therapy approach to help stabilize the breastbone after open heart surgery. Researchers will test different abdominal muscle exercises combined with low-level laser therapy on 120 adults experiencing chest instability after surgery. The goal is to see which combination most effectively reduces separation, pain, and improves daily function during recovery.
