Summary

This study looked at whether a supervised exercise program can help people with blood cancer maintain or improve their strength during a stem cell transplant. Fifteen adults took part, with some doing strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises 5 days a week for 8 weeks, while others received usual care. The main goal was to see changes in handgrip strength, along with back and leg strength.
