Summary
This study looked at how a mix of exercise, nutrition advice, and education affects the health of older women, some with high blood pressure and some without. Over 36 weeks, 40 women had their body fat, blood markers, and physical abilities measured four times. The goal was to see if this combined approach improves overall health and fitness.
