NCT ID NCT06842849

First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a year-long exercise program called "Enguera Sé Saludable" helps older adults (over 59) in a rural area stay active and healthy. Researchers will compare three groups: people already in the program for a year, newcomers to the program, and active people not in the program. They will measure physical activity, mobility, and foot and mental health to see if the program makes a difference.
