NCT ID NCT07360249
Summary
This is a small pilot study to gather information for future research. It aims to see if changing the mix of two sugars (glucose and fructose) in a sports drink changes how quickly the body burns that sugar for energy during long exercise. The study will involve 10 fit adults who exercise regularly, measuring their energy use and comfort during a 3-hour workout.
