Ancient exercises tested to boost balance and mood for the visually impaired

Summary
This study is testing whether two traditional Chinese exercise programs, Tai Chi and Baduanjin, can improve the physical and mental well-being of university students with visual impairments. Ninety participants will be randomly assigned to practice one of the exercises or continue their usual gym classes for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in balance, strength, walking ability, anxiety, depression, and overall quality of life.
