Summary

This study tests whether a 3-month program of adapted physical activity (exercise) works better for blood sugar control when it's supervised by a qualified instructor versus done on your own. It includes 120 adults aged 18-67 with type 2 diabetes that is not well controlled by diet or non-insulin medications. Participants will wear a continuous glucose monitor to track their blood sugar levels.
