Summary

This study tested whether a specific exercise program could help teens with mild to moderate scoliosis. Researchers had 24 participants do a combination of scoliosis-specific movements and strength training for their arms and legs. They measured changes in muscle size, flexibility, strength, and breathing before and after the program to see if it improved their physical condition.
